The entire staff as a whole is very unattentive and so far below the standards of National Car Rental. Rented car smelled like smoke, when brought up to the staff, they replied that its not their job to make sure a car doesn't smell like smoke. Trunk was filled with trash, it was obvious the car hadn't even been touched. If will no longer be giving my business to this specific location. What a joke! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Since the change in mgt, I've had nothing but problems renting from National. As soon as you walk in, you're sized up by three reps who ask so many questions. Questions are fine but its overbearing. I've always rented from them but now Budget gets most of my business.
Worst National car rental location. Staff is rarely at the desk. Went there and a sign on the desk said that staff wouldn't be back for an hour and a half. Don't trust the posted hours!
