I would never rent from nor, refer Enterprise to anyone. I rented from them for years with no problem. My resent rental was because my car was totaled in a auto accident. My paperwork was not prepared correctly and the manager was RUDE,CONDESCENDING,ARROGANT,AND DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER AGAIN. I was even reconsidering purchasing a car from them. No way don't want to have anything to do with them.

Had to rent a car while my car was in the shop. I placed the reservation online, a few minutes later they called to confirm, let me know what time and everything. Went there in the morning and was in and out, quickly and easy. I highly recommend this Enterprise.
