Great store, friendly people with a wonderful selection of fish.I loved thier fresh water selection and they are expanding! This was the store that really catering the lovers, not the commercial,boring same fish and tanks that you see at the cookie cutter shops. You can see the have passion and care for what they do.

So let's out by saying this place has a 4.5 and not sure why I'm guessing that in-store is better then buying online I bought 2 fish on Oct 26th a butterfly pleco and a hillstream louch I got them prob 4 days later they arrived first thing in the morning the pleco was dead on arrival the hillstream died the next morning..I called right away and I talked to the owner witch I tould him what happend right away he blamed me for the death of the hillstream but never said anything about the pleco..but he did say he would make it right he had a little altitude but was going to work with me. So he tould me to call back later and talk to the manager tj so I called him back little while later and he was very nice to deal with tould me he would replace the fish and do one day shipping for only 10 bucks more so 40 total back as the fish was 30 bucks I was ok with not getting my 20 from shipping back..So he gave me his number and I tould him I'd do the deal he gave me i tryed for days for him to tell me how to pay the extra money took awhile for him to reply back then he finally did he said he could not do the deal becues they would loose money so he wanted more money..I then said no I just want my money back so waited even longer called him no answer text him he finally said he would refund the 30 2 weeks later nothing asked if he will be refunding the money he said yes today 2 days later nothing I had to open a case up on PayPal to finally get my money back. Took almost a month to get my money they made this the worst purchase I'd every made they just wanted to keep my money and wanted me to pay more ..So be aware when buying online in-store might be ok but not online ...and they like to tell you there personal problems to wish I don't care about I just want my money ...and I would on paid one day shipping if it would of been on there but they said there web guy was out and there was something wrong with site so I didn't think they offer it...So be aware of the owner peter and manager tj...I have proof of all things text and PayPal...
The people here will always out of their way and the extra mile to help you and your pets. Awhile ago I found (Yes, found) a Cockatiel and after not being able to locate the owner, we rescued it.) Knowing absolutely NOTHING about birds, these guys were always happy to provide great and sound advice, even directing me away from higher priced items to ensure I got the correct item. They are definitely about the service and not the the $$$ sale.
Ordered four cichlids, overnight shipping. One was dead on arrival, one was a completely different fish from the one we ordered, which died within a few days anyway. Web guy not around, email not working, phone always busy! From now on its live fish direct..
