Would go to a better quality place. I wonder where they get their dogs from? Feels slimy.
IF you love or have any compassion towards animals- DO NOT SHOP HERE! Huge red flag: they sell pure bred puppies! No pet stores should be selling puppies with the millions of dogs in shelters and rescues. One should feel ashamed for buying from a place like this. Please do your research, these puppies are coming from puppy mills and deplorable conditions, and then get to live in a tiny crate at a pet store...don’t support them. Don’t let these trained “nice” employees fool you. There are plenty of other wonderful pet stores and small businesses around to support.
I bought my first mojave ball python from this store and i have nothing but good to say about my snake and all the employees (Marina sold her to me)who have givin there good advise on how to care for her!! Im also picking up a hamster (christmas suprise) tomorrow for my daughter. We also stop in sometimes just to play with a puppy and see the new ones! I dont know all their names but all the staff seem very helpful and makes me sad to read such negative reviews!! My advise if you want a pet is to go there, see for yourself, and make your own opinion!
The animals are cute and there's a great variety but the staff was absolutely awful! I'm not sure what was going on but I think the manager/owner was talking to an employee (or maybe it was just two employees) and at one point they were swearing! In front if my children! I was upset and left quickly.
I can not thank all the employees enough for spending their time helping us pick out the right bunny. We could not be happier with our addition to our family.
