Terrible service. DO NOT USE! Location does not answer the phone. Called customer service at 1-800 and still no help. Not timely, not honest. I have used other Uhaul locations in the past with great service
Really strong U-Haul experience! Very nice workers and the truck did the job.
I asked if my car would be safe if left overnight in their lot. They assured me it would be. Next day when I returned to drop off the rental and pick up my car, my car had been run into and damaged. They did not offer to pay for any repairs, and they claimed nothing showed up on their video. Or maybe they ran into it with one of their trucks and just didn't want to admit it?
Returned my Uhaul here after moving to New Haven. The process was quick and the employee who assisted me was very nice and efficient.
