Great company to do business with. From the trucking division to their restaurants you can't go wrong choosing the Anastasio group time and time again.
Terrible customer service! If I vould give negative stars I would give a -5.The driver was over a week late picking up the dumpster, when i called to see what was going on nobody called back. When he finally showed the driver was beyond rude instead of coming to the door to get us he stayed in his truck, honked then left as I was running down the stairs. They do not return phone calls. Most recently my credit card was charged $475 thank goodness my bank caught it before it went through and flagged it as fraud because I hadn't had done any business with the company for over 4 MONTHS! When I called the dumpster division and accounts receivable asking for an explanation my calls were never returned. I will not be doing business with them again. I suggest no one do business with them unless you like going through the hassle of being charged $ months later and have to cancel your card and get a new one.
