She needs to talk to her customers over the phone more professionally. My boss referred me to her for our client to get a wash and set. As I try to mention to her who I am, the company I'm from and my boss name cause she takes here there often, Thinking she's familiar with my boss and the client, anywho Evelyn's response was am I looking for a promotion. I rather take my client to Salon Epic or Soranyi. I'll pass and this is why I don't try new places.
